🛑 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ALTYSAN, all our garments are handmade to order, with love and care. Due to the artisanal and made-to-measure nature of our designs:

🔒 All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We kindly ask our customers to review all product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before placing an order.

❗ Why?

Unfortunately, we’ve experienced many cases of garments being used for events and then returned. As each piece is custom-made and requires significant time and resources, we are unable to restock or resell items once shipped.

📌 Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
