Returns and Exchanges

At ALTYSAN, all our macramé pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our artisanal designs:

🔒 ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and images before placing your order. You must provide accurate measurements when requested, as your piece will be created specifically to those measurements. We cannot accept returns for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

❗ Why This Policy?

Unfortunately, we have experienced cases of items being worn for events and then returned. Each piece requires significant time, skill, and materials to create. Once an item has been shipped, worn, or used, we cannot restock or resell it.

✨ Exceptions (Manufacturing Defects Only)

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or there was an error in your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The item must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and in its ORIGINAL CONDITION to qualify for any resolution.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
