Place Your Order - Select your preferred style and color
Measurement Confirmation - Within 24-48 hours, we'll contact you via email to confirm your exact measurements with detailed instructions
Artisan Production - Your piece is handcrafted with care (4-10 business days)
Quality Check - We may send you photos for final approval before shipping
Free Worldwide Shipping - Delivered to your door with full UPS tracking

📋 Our Policy:

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces created with your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each garment is a unique creation that cannot be restocked or resold.

Manufacturing defects
Damaged items during shipping
Order errors (wrong item sent)

Conditions:

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos must be provided as evidence
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used are NOT eligible

Please provide accurate measurements when requested. We create each piece precisely to your specifications. Returns due to incorrect customer-provided measurements cannot be accepted.
