We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each garment is handmade with great care and often tailored for special occasions. Unfortunately, we've experienced misuse of our return policy in the past. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing or fit.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our pieces are handmade in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Production time is typically 7–10 business days, and shipping time varies depending on your location. International delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure international payment methods.
